Ifrane is a city in Morocco with a population of approximately 30,000 people, located in the mountains of the Middle Atlas, about 1,713 meters above sea level. According to a list compiled by MBC Times, it was created by the French in 1929 and is currently among the cleanest cities in the world.
Ifrane, also known as little Switzerland, is characterized by its gabled roofs and streets and gardens cared for to the utmost detail. This mountain city is a fantastic starting place for many excursions to its environs, notably in the sizable Mischliffen, both in the winter and the summer .

Located in the heart of the beautiful Middle Atlas, the Ifrane National Park extends over 500 km² and houses the largest cedar forest in Morocco. IncluyeTizguite Park, Val d’Ifrane, Vittel, Lake DAIT Aoua, Hachlaf DAIT, Ifrah DAIT, Iffer DAIT and others, in addition to the ski resort Michlifen.
One of the animals that once lived here was the lion of the Atlas (Panthera leo leo) so it has become the emblem of the city, which also dedicates a stone statue in the center of it.
Michlifen ski resort is ideal for skiing in Morocco and offers four slopes. Moroccan Swiss Including Moroccan King Mohamed VI has a large palace in Ifrane.
