These terms and conditions are made for creating a relationship between you and us. In booking your ideal tour with us you are personally agree these terms and conditions. Please before making any reservation, read slowly and carefully to understand our conditions because they represent a contract agreement between Moroccotraveland and the customers.
The details included bellow are both for the sake of you and us:
1.Booking & Payment:
When booking with Moroccotraveland we will start organizing your enjoyable tour, specifically to your requirement and needs. Everything is guaranteed after the team receives your payment as follows:
20 % of the total activity price should be paid when confirming the excursion or tour, and the rest until the traveler arrives.
For other individual conditions, the client must negotiate with our team.
The deposit payment should be made by the customer before he/she arrives (by bank card Visa, Mastercard, PayPal)
To ensure reservation, book before at least one week prior.
2.Cancellation by client:
Depending on the date of cancellation and your situation the following charges apply:
For tow months before departure, 20% of the tour’s total cost.
20 days prior departure: 50 % of total invoice.
10 days earlier: 75 % of the total cost.
Less than 7 days prior departure: 100 % of total invoice.
3.Cancellation by us:
Once your booking with Moroccotraveland has been confirmed, our professional team will make his best effort to provide your booked activity tour configuration. But our tour reserve has the right to cancel or alter the whole activity or part of it in specific and non-avoiding reasons including, terrorist activity,natural disasters,weather conditions and similar conditions.If any of these happened then we have the right to cancel, however all our monies will be refunded.
