You may learn about the past of these picturesque locations where most locals go to unwind here. For instance, Majorelle was established by a French artist who decided to live and work in Morocco.

After that, we take you to Bahia and El Badi Palace, two of the best specimens of Moroccan architecture. As the city was originally inhabited by Saadians, we will eventually take you there to discover how they were able to construct special tombs to protect their victims. The Koutoubia mosque, one of Morocco’s oldest and tallest buildings, is the next place you’ll go. Lastly, we will spend the entire evening exploring the well-known Jamaa El Fna square.

Day 3 : Marrakech city to Boumaln Dades town.

After breakfast today, we’ll head out in the direction of Boumalne Dades. First, the High Atlas mountains will be traversed during our journey. Morocco has been successful in creating a pass that enables you to reach the southeast and travel to the desert because the road is entirely made of mountains.

Up until you reach the tip of the High Atlas mountains, which is around 180 kilometers away, the route over this pass is fully curved. You will stop at the highest point of this twisted route after passing through the Tichka Pass ( about 2260m). One of the nicest panoramic views of the Atlas mountains may be found there. We will soon continue on our journey toward the Southeast, passing this time by Ait Benhaddou. You will have some time to cross the river and arrive to the enormous Ksar, which was formerly a crucial stopping point for camel caravans and traders.

We shall be traveling to the Hollywood of Morocco later in the day. The only city in the Southeast with an international airport is Ouarzazate. The main attractions in the city are the Atlas studios, which we will take you to see. They are the locations for filming, and occasionally directors will rent equipment from them. After that, we get back on the road and head to the cities of Kalaat Mgouna and Rose Valley, both of which are known for their cosmetics industries.

We’ll travel to Boumalne Dades at the end, passing through a few small Berber villages and valleys en route. You are dropped off, have dinner, and spend the night here.

Toudra or Toudgha Canyons, which are around 280 meters long and the ideal spot for climbers, are among the areas we will see before that. Also, travelling through towns like Tinghir and Tinejdad If we had more time, we might have stopped to explore the cities of Rissani or Erfoud.

We will have finally reached the Merzouga desert. The camel will be waiting next to the sand dunes, so we’ll go there first. You can ride the camel safely with the assistance of our team of camel guys. We proceed amicably across the golden dunes.

Even though we typically watch the sunset from our desert camp, if we find ourselves running a little behind schedule, we’ll watch it as we make our way there.
